amazing experience!
attentive staff modern room superb spa
The staff was attentive and provided a fabulous experience. the room was modern with everything i needed. i really enjoyed the superb spa. It is totally recommended. i found the super relaxing vibes throughout the hotel to be refreshing. I can't wait to return next year.
the entertainment needs some improvement, especially more upbeat music to keep people engaged longer.

The staff ensured i felt welcome. They handled all requests with efficiency. housekeeping maintained immaculate standards daily. concierge services were helpful with local information and travel arrangements. their dedication enhanced my stay . Nothing was too much trouble.

The main restaurant offered a wide selection of international cuisine. breakfast included fresh pastries and hot dishes. Service was prompt. i enjoyed the à la carte dining option. Presentation was excellent. the pool bar served refreshing drinks and snacks. this provided enjoyable dining experiences.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool. I saw comfortable loungers around it. a modern gym includes cardio machines and free weights. the spa has several treatment rooms for relaxation. the private beach area is easily accessible. This makes it easy to enjoy.

The hotel has easy access to the main road. i noted the nearby marina offered dining and shopping options. local attractions are within a short drive. This adds to the convenience. the airport is also easily accessible. Transport was efficient.

solid stay with small drawbacks
friendly staff clean premises great entertainment helpful attitude
the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. i especially liked fares. the hotel kept the premises very clean, which i appreciate. the entertainment was great and i liked singing (it was my first time in public!).
the hotel definitely needs some updates (especially in the rooms). the furniture seemed a little old and tired.

the hotel is close to the beach. it's an easy two minute walk (a very short walk!). i appreciated how close it was, made beach trips easy.

i had a great interaction with supervisor habib. mr bouraoui provided excellent service during dinner. he decorated our table on the last day (a nice touch).

the restaurant had lots of choices every day. there were many stations for fresh food. manager hamid looked after the guests and oversaw the operation (he was excellent).

noisy hotel unfixed shower leak
the food was varied enough, nice for some choice.
the hotel was noisy, impacting sleep quality. the shower also leaked and was not fixed despite reporting it. the room was not properly cleaned either.
